Our honey meets all organic Australian standards, and is tested by the Department of Primary Industries and the University of Queensland. MGO (methylglyoxal) is naturally occurring in Stradbroke's Leptospernum plants, most potently in Polygalifolium, Liversidgeii, and Whiteii which gives our Jellybush its potent anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial qualities
